Responsibilities
- Have a consultative approach to identify the client’s pain points and suggest a solution approach to “WOW” them.
- Become highly knowledgeable about our expanding range of products at Indeed.
- Educate our clients so that they get the most value from Indeed.
- Collaborate with our Product, Operations, Search Quality and Aggregation teams to troubleshoot problems and propose solutions.
- Be driven to achieve Clients Centric KPIs such as CSAT and Conversion.
- Working in a team-centered environment where continuous learning and experimentation is your day-to-day
Skills/Competencies
- 1+ years experience in customer service or business-to-business client support
- Fluent in both French & English
- Proven experience in online advertising, search engine marketing (SEM), pay-per-click (PPC) advertising, recruitment advertising, or staffing agencies preferred
- Cultivate rapid learning and tech savviness; your curiosity and enthusiasm mean that you can get up to speed and have an impact from day one.
- Passionate about helping customers find a resolution to their problems
- Aptitude to work well under pressure, multi-task and prioritize responsibilities
- Wiling to work in a changing environment and to actively seek feedback and incorporate it into your work style
- Motivated to handle a high volume of inbound volume each day influencing positive client outcomes
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance.
