Job Description
Reporting to the Executive Housekeeping Manager, you will ensure guest rooms are clean and well maintained. With an exceptional eye for detail, you will leave no stone unturned, ensuring our Room Stylists work their magic. As a leader, you will inspire and motivate your team, playing a pivotal role in supervising our Room Stylists to deliver extraordinary service.
No matter what position you are in, there are a few things that are critical to your success – Commitment to safety, adherence to company policies and procedures, maintaining confidentiality, upholding quality standards, an immaculate personal presentation, and excellent interpersonal skills.
Housekeeping Supervisors will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth running of the housekeeping department.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Day-to-day management of a team of Room Stylists.
- Ensure timely room return and productivity is achieved
- Attend to all guests’ housekeeping requests.
To be successful in the position, you must possess the following attributes:
- Minimum experience of 2 years in a similar role in a 4-5 star Hotel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Be able to work with a variety of tasks in the housekeeping department.
- Must have full availability and be able to work a flexible roster, including varying shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Must have a pro-active approach to WHS requirements.
- Excellent communication and listening skills.
- Impeccable grooming and presentation.
- Highly motivated and possess a positive attitude.
