Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled and details oriented Executive Housekeeper to lead our housekeeping team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a luxury hotel’s housekeeping department, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the housekeeping department.
- Develop and maintain high cleaning and service standards in guest rooms and public areas.
- Train, mentor, and lead a team of housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service.
- Collaborate with other hotel department to ensure seamless guest experience.
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain a well-stocked department.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure rooms and public areas meet and luxury standards.
- Handle guests requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Uphold safety and cleanliness standards. including compliance with health and safety regulatgions
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a housekeeping leadership role within a luxury hotel setting.
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team
- Proficient in relevant computer software and systems.
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
